Privacy Policy

CLEAR does not collect analytics, advertising data, location, contacts, or tracking data. The only information that leaves your device is the limited information needed to verify your subscription.

Your drink logs, daily check-ins, mood, sleep and energy ratings, personal notes, goals, alcohol-spending estimates, streaks, milestones, and reminder preferences are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them.

Apple processes purchases and payment details. RevenueCat helps CLEAR verify whether premium access is active. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier and subscription status; CLEAR does not receive your name, email address, payment details, or Apple Account credentials through this process.

CLEAR does not request permission to track you across apps or websites.

• Analytics or app-usage profiles

• Precise or approximate location
• Contacts
• Health or fitness records
• Browsing history or activity in other apps
• Data used to track you across apps or websites

Locally stored information is protected by the security controls on your device. Resetting your CLEAR data or deleting the app removes that local information. Subscription records may remain with Apple and RevenueCat under their own retention policies.

CLEAR relies only on the following services for subscriptions:

If you enable reminders, CLEAR uses local notifications scheduled on your device. We do not use push notifications for advertising or sell notification data.

CLEAR is intended for people age 18 and older.

You can change notification permissions in iOS Settings, reset your local app data from CLEAR, or delete the app. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple Account subscription settings.
