By downloading or using CLEAR, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
About CLEAR
CLEAR is a wellness and self-reflection tool that helps adults track drinking patterns, check in with themselves, and work toward personal goals. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CLEAR.
Subscriptions and free trial
Premium access is offered as an auto-renewing annual subscription. Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial. The exact price and trial terms shown in Apple's purchase sheet at the time of enrollment control. The current United States annual price is $39.99.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation.
- Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically.
- Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions.
- Any unused trial period may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse CLEAR, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it, use it unlawfully, or infringe the rights of others.
Health and safety disclaimer
CLEAR is informational only. Reducing or stopping alcohol suddenly can be dangerous for some people. Consult a qualified health professional about medical concerns or withdrawal risk. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Intellectual property
CLEAR, its visual design, software, and original content are owned by the developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app.
Availability and liability
CLEAR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or particular wellness outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes, termination, and governing law
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of CLEAR and may update these terms. We may terminate access for material misuse. These terms are governed by New Hampshire law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
